Laura fully immerses herself in a space and place, staying on site, fashioning a temporary studio and absorbing the regular hum of the place, and then translates what speaks to her.

She creates freely from little studies to larger works, it is an open creative flow and as with the other residency options, by far the best value approach.

Laura gets to know horses and humans and habits and translates them. She paints little to big moments, games, players, individual team mementos,and so much more. She paints at stables, stick and balling, flat work, track work or training, by the boards, pony lines, show ring, track or arena, whatever inspires her. It is a unique collection and truly special way to remember a season, show or tournament for years to come.

The length of stay varies from residency to residency but ranges from three days to one month, depending on the event, the size and the desired outcome.

Each residency includes two 90 second reels of the stay and an original art book of her time with the group, a portable, unique and intriguing keepsake.
